Freeze the Action, Treasure the Memory

I'm Scott Hughes, a sports photographer based in Hermitage, TN, and I photograph athletes all across Greater Nashville. My favorite thing is catching a student-athlete at the peak of a moment they've worked hard for.

What I shoot

I cover every level and a wide range of sports. That includes high school, middle school, youth and rec leagues, and club and travel teams. Sports I shoot include football, tennis, volleyball, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, cross country, track and field, wrestling, and bowling. Not sure if I cover your team's sport or league? Just ask.

How to work with me

• Game coverage through GF Crew. Reserve your athlete before the game. I'll know who to look for, and you'll get every edited photo of your player, with at least 12 guaranteed. Spots are limited each game, and pricing depends on the sport and event. Reserve at revscottphoto.gfcrew.com
• Senior and sports portraits. A relaxed session at one to three locations, with edited images in an online gallery. See portrait packages
• Team media days. Individual and team photos for your whole roster.

I'm also a credentialed MaxPreps photographer for high school events.

Your athlete's privacy

Some galleries are private and shared only with families by request.

A little about me

My wife and I have two sons. One is in college, and the other has graduated and is working. Years of being my go-to subjects have left them both fluent in the "not another photo, Dad" eye-roll. When I'm not on a sideline, I also shoot landscapes and travel. I enjoy preserving memories, and adding a little more beauty to our world.
